Senior Client Portfolio Administrator
Whereas Dr. Rick C. Ernst's coaching services do not provide legal, tax, or financial planning or advice, we collaborate with our clients' attorneys and financial advisers to assess their situations.
Our Senior Client Portfolio Administrator works directly with our founder and CEO, Dr. Rick C. Ernst, and assists him with his high-net-worth coaching clients.
These clients include influential business leaders, high net-worth entrepreneurs, their families, and businesses.
The incumbent will support Dr. Rick's clients' wealth management and client relations.
Successful candidates must be seasoned in dealing with high-net-worth individuals with investable assets of one million or more.
The incumbent will work with our client's most sensitive information and material and, in many cases, will be involved in the client's transition of their designated portfolio.
Candidates must have five years or more experience working with high-net-worth investments and securities, including personal trusts, estate planning, pensions, planned and charitable giving programs, endowments, and foundations.

Internship
Intern Qualifications -
Must have High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
Must be actively enrolled in a college-level educational program.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must be able to travel and have reliable transportation.
Must be Tech Savvy - proficient with Microsoft Office products, Excel, Office 365, and Outlook.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must have a professional and upbeat positive attitude.
Must be able to lift boxes – up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities -
The Intern will work on a variety of projects to support the Richer Life Connection members and learn how our success coaching and membership works.
This position will be assigned to one of our membership managers to assist with membership projects.
The intern will work with the various membership projects, learning membership management best practices, team and leadership development.
As an integral part of the team, the intern will assist the CRM and Data Analytics Coordinators with analysis and KPI reporting.
Assist our marketing department with live events support; some travel could be needed for live events.
Compensation -
Established with each candidate based on qualifications and experience.
